最後のハイキングのブログは、実はハイキングじゃなくてドライブブログになります！
The last hiking blog is actually a blog about a roadtrip to Hokuto!
甲府から車で一時間ぐらいで北杜市武川高龍寺に到着しました。ドライブすごく良かった！普通に景色も素晴らしいし、色々な花が咲いていてすごく綺麗でした。車で遠くの場所に行くのが気持ちいい。
After a one-hour drive from Kofu we arrived to Koryuji Temple. I really enjoyed just sitting in the car and watching the beautiful scenery and all the blooming flowers. It feels good to sometimes just drive somewhere far away.
高龍寺でジャズのライブを見ました。普段はジャズを全然聞いてない私に新しい経験でしたが、やっぱりすごく良かった！アーティスティックな感じがしてかっこよかった。音楽で作品を書いているような気がしました。
At Koryuji Temple we actually went to see a jazz live. I don’t usually listen to jazz at all, so this was something new to me. But I really enjoyed it! It had this artistic feel to it, as if someone was painting an artwork but with music.
ライブの後北杜市小渕沢旧バウハウスでフィンランドの本をみんなに読んで、フィンランドの色々な話をしました。フィンランド語の挨拶も少し教えてみました。楽しい一日でした！色々な経験できてよかった。
After the live we drove to Kobuchisawa, where I read out loud a book in Finnish to the audience. We also talked about Finland in general, and I taught some easy Finnish expressions. I had a good day! I’m glad I got to experience many kind of new things.
ハイキングブログを書けて良かった！色々な普通に行かない場所に行けたし、日記を書いてみるのがいい経験になったと思います。写真を撮るのも楽しめるようになりました。私のハイキングブログを読んでいただいてありがとうございました！またいつかAIRYで会えますように！
I’m happy I had a chance to write this hiking blog! I got to go to many places I wouldn’t usually go, and I got to try out writing a diary. I also learned to enjoy taking pictures when I go to new places. Thank you all for reading my hiking blogs! I hope to meet again someday at AIRY!

2021.03.14 ⛰ 石和温泉駅 →大蔵経寺山
今回のハイキングは、石和温泉から大蔵経寺山行ってきました！15度と晴れてて、最高なハイキングの天気でした☀️ 今までの日本のハイキングから選ぶと、大蔵経寺山が一番好きかもしれない！
This time we went hiking to Daizokyojiyama from Isawaonsen. 15 degrees and sunny was perfect weather for hiking☀️ I think this might have been my favorite hike in Japan so far!
春だから今日も花がたくさん見えました。桜が咲き始めて、山でも綺麗な花見つけられた🌸石和温泉でモクレンもすごく可愛かった。山道で写真の小さい黄色い花も多かった。
As it’s spring, I could see lots of flowers during the hike. Cherry trees are starting to bloom, and there was some even in the mountain🌸 Near Izawa Onsen Station there were magnolias, and in the mountain there were also these little yellow flowers as in the picture.
上の方での森がフィンランドの森と似ています。自然の匂いがすごく好き🌿この小さいお寺みたいな場所も可愛かった。
On the top of the mountain the forest reminded me of Finnish forests. I really love the smell of nature🌿 We also found this miniature version of a temple (?).
全部で三時間ぐらいのハイキングでちょうどいいぐらい疲れて気持ちよかった。緑色の同じ山も見たいからまた行きたい！
The hike took about 3 hours altogether, and I think it had just the right amount of challenge to give that good feeling after exercising. I really want to come back here once the nature turns green!

2021.02.27 ⛰千代田湖畔→ 白山 → 健康の森 → 片山
今回のハイキングは、やっぱり今まで一番綺麗な山道と景色でした！ 湖の隣に少し風が強くて寒いが、服を十分に着たら大丈夫です。少しいつもより長いハイキングでしたが、あまり大変な山道ではなかったから三時間ぐらいのハイキングでも全然大丈夫でした！
The hike of last Saturday was probably the most beautiful out of our hikes so far! The wind next to the lake was a bit cold, but with enough clothes you’ll be fine. This hike was a little longer than previous ones, but it was quite an easy road so 3 hours passed without any problems.
一番思い出に残ったのは白山の雪みたいな白さでした。上から同時に湖や山梨も見えてすごく綺麗な景色多かった🏞
What I liked the most about this hike was Shiroyama (white mountain) with its white sand. From the top of the mountain you could also see Yamanashi and the lake, so the sceneries were very pretty 🏞
戻ったら湖の近くに歩いたらフィンランドの湖を思い出して気持ちよかった。日本で湖やっぱり珍しいよね。
On the way back we walked near this lake, which reminded me of all the lakes in Finland and it felt relaxing. Finding a lake in Japan truly is rare!

2021.02.21 ⛰甲府駅→ 遊亀公園動物園
今回のハイキングは、甲府駅から30分歩いて遊亀公園動物園へ行きました。天気が良くてゆっくり散歩するのが気持ちよかった。18度と晴れてて、フィンランド人にこれはもう全然夏の天気だった☀️
This time we walked 30 minutes from Kōfu Station to Yuki Zoo. The weather was perfect, so a relaxed city walk felt good. For me as a Finn, 18 degrees and sun is basically a summer weather☀️
遊亀公園動物園は私にとって初めての日本の動物園でした。色々な話が聞いてことがありましたが、少し何が待っているのがもうわかりました。
Yuki Zoo was the first Japanese zoo for me to visit. I had heard some stories of them, so I had some idea about what to expect.
可愛い元気な動物を見たらやっぱり嬉しかったが、思った通り無理やり小さな部屋に入らせた元気ない動物も多かった。そういう動物を見たら、人間のこと色々考えました。手に入れるものはあれば入ってもいいってことではない。人間って酷いなと思った。
Of course seeing happy and cute animals made me happy, but that wasn’t the case most of the time. Looking at animals put to way too small cages, I could’t help but hate humans. We really shouldn’t take anything we want just because we can.
一番つらかったのは白鳥のケージ。信じられないほど小さくて、白鳥に苦しいのがすぐわかった。ケージを出たいけど出られない白鳥は隣の川は見ることしかできなかった。サマーハウスで自然の中に水海で家族といきている白鳥を見えることに慣れた私にはこれを見たらすごく悲しくなった。助けてあげたくても何もできなくて寂しかった。
The most heartbreaking was the swan there. The cage was way too small for it, and all we saw was it trying to hopelessly get out, but ending up just staring at the river right next to the cage. As I’m used to seeing swans in my summer cottage where they live in the nature with their families and swim on the lake, looking at this made me so sad. I just wanted to help it but I couldn’t.
ペンギンが可愛くて元気でよかったと思いますが、この動物園で色々な動物を見えてもおすすめはできない。動物のことを考えた動物園がいいです。
I was happy to see even the cute penguins looking happy. However, I can’t suggest this zoo to anyone. If a zoo doesn’t think about the animals’ well-being, I think we shouldn’t support anything like that.

2021.02.07 ⛰AIRY→山梨県立美術館
今回はハイキングの替わりに少し散歩してきました！天気がちょうどよくて散歩にピッタリでした🌞
AIRYから出発して、45分ぐらい山梨県立美術館まで歩きました。This time instead of hiking, we took a little walk. We started from AIRY and artived to the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art in about 45 minutes. The weather was perfect for a walk, 15 degrees and sunny🌞
写真の川の隣にあるこの小さな道を歩くの特に気持ちよかった。静かな道だからマイペースでゆっくり歩けます。桜はまだ咲いてなくても綺麗でした。4月になったら絶対ここの桜を見てほしいい！この日この川を初めて見たら山梨の目黒川かと思いました🌸
I liked especially this little road and cherry trees you can see on the pictures. It was very quiet there, and it was pretty even if the cherry trees aren’t blooming yet. I definitely want to see this place when the cherry trees bloom! Once I saw the river, I felt like it’s like Yamanashi’s Meguro river 🌸
美術館でテーブルズという作品のワークショップに参加しました。普通にしないようなリラックスした手縫いできました。
At the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art we took part in a workshop of an artwork there called Tables. I had a chance to hand-sew something I would not usually make.
桜の季節になったら絶対もう一度この道を歩きたい！
Once the hanami season starts I really want to take a walk here again!

2021.01.30 ⛰ 緑ヶ丘体育館駐車場 →湯村山東屋
緑ヶ丘体育館駐車場▶️湯村山東屋
今回のハイキングは、湯村山東屋行ってきました！湯村山でいろいろな山道がありますが、今回は一時間ぐらいの東屋までの少し難しい山道にしました。下りたらこのもっと簡単な道にしました。風が強くて少し寒かったけど少しでも登ったら体が暖めました。晴れててよかった☀️
This time we went hiking to Yumurayama! There are various routes to choose from, also very long ones, but we went for this one to Azumaya that was a little difficult but last only one hour there and back. We climbed up in the forest, and chose this easier path on the way back. It was pretty windy that day, but it was sunny and it got warm as soon as we climbed a little ☀️
今回のハイキングのガイドはこの2人だった。楽しいんで上まで走ったりして、自分でももっと楽しく登れました🥾
We had these two cute guides for the hike, which made it a lot more fun. Looking at the two run up the hill all excited made me want to climb up faster too 🥾
山梨でどんなハイキングをしても、上まで登ったら綺麗な景色を見える。今日また綺麗な富士山と山梨の景色を見えてよかった。今日の山道が少し難しくて、筋トレもちゃんとできた気がしました！
I think in Yamanashi, no matter where you go for a hike, you will always be rewarded with a beautiful landscape when you reach the top. Today we saw again the beautiful view of Yamanashi, the surrounding mountains and Mt. Fuji. As the route today was pretty steep, it really felt like a good refreshing exercise!

2021.01.17 ⛰勝沼ぶどう郷駅→川口園つぐら市
今回のハイキングは、勝沼ぶどう郷駅から歩いて、つぐら市の朝市に行ってきました🍇 勝沼ぶどう郷駅から30分ぐらい歩いて、山梨の下に可愛いマーケットがありました。今回のハイキングは少し逆に最初に山を下げて、戻ったら山を登りました。
This time we went hiking from Katsunumabudokyo Station 🍇 After about a 30 minute walk, there was a cute market that is held once a month. This time we did our hike in an unusual order – first we walked down the hill, and on the way back climbed up.
マーケットで色んなお菓子や小さな手作りのものが売られていました。写真の飴がマーケットの有名な手作りキャラメルです🍬この日も早く完売しました。月に一番しか開催されてないマーケットだから今日行けてよかった！
There were many kinds of food and handmade items sold at the market. The candy in the picture is a famous handmade caramel that sold out quickly also this day 🍬
ハイキングとして今回のハイキングは少しシティーっぽくて、いつもと違うハイキングでした。マーケットの方でぶどうトンネルや手作りアイテムからインスピレーションもらえるし、勝沼ぶどう郷駅の近くで見つけた竹がオイルペイントみたいで気になりました🎍
As a hike, this one was like a combination of hiking and a city trip. At the market you can get inspiration from the grape tunnel and the handmade items, and near the station there was a beautiful little bamboo forest that looked like a real-life painting 🎍
朝市とハイキングのコンビネーションの小さな旅をしてみたい方におすすめです！
I recommend this hike for everyone who wish to try a city-like hike and make a little trip at the same time!

2021.01.10 ⛰甲府駅→愛宕山
日曜日に少し甲府駅の近くで登山できました。山梨の山は登ったことがなくて、どういう山道が待っているか知らなかった。ちょうど甲府駅の隣で便利だと思って、天気も良くて嬉しかった。フィンランドなら今寒いし暗いだから私にとって4度でもこの天気がちょうど良かった。一月なのに梅も咲いていてびっくりしました！
On Sunday, we went for a little hike near Kōfu Station. I hadn’t tried hiking in Yamanashi before, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. It was nice that the route started right next to Kōfu Station and the weather was good. Sunny and 4 degrees – perfect for a Finn though someone might find it a bit chilly. What I was surprised about was that we found a plum tree blooming even if it’s only January!
ハイキングに慣れていないか、少しだけしたい方におすすめの山です。上まで30分ぐらいしかかかってなかったし、少ししか疲れてなかったからまたハイキングしたくなるハイキングだったと思います。上で景色も良かった。太陽の光に当たる山梨がキラキラしていると綺麗です。
I think this hike is good for people who aren’t used to hiking or would like to try it. It takes only about 30 minutes to reach the top, so you’re not too tired at the end and get the feeling you could try hiking also another time. Even if it’s a small hike, you’re rewarded with a beautiful scenery of Yamanashi and the surrounding mountains. Yamanashi looked beautiful on a sunny day, as if it was sparkling.
コロナでずっと家の中に止まっている皆さんにおすすめです。経験がない方もできる登山だから誰でも簡単にスッキリできる！
Because of corona, I think many of us have ended up staying at home a lot. To feel refreshed and get inspiration, I think a hike like this is such a good and easy way to safely enjoy outdoors!

山梨県出身の若いアーティストを支援しながらコロナ禍における文化芸術の可能性を探り、その成果を広く公開して共有するものである。エアリーでは本年５月末の自粛解除を待って、参加型移動落書きプロジェクト「かいぶつくんの探し物」を開始。大キャンバス２枚を市内10店舗の軒先を借りて移動させながら、通りがかる方々に声をかけて落書きをしてもらった。参加総数は一ヶ月で120名に上った。
その後はプロジェクトの報告とお礼を兼ねて公共の場で展示を行い、同時にワークショップやトークイベントを展開している。そして１０月には活動記録『かいぶつくんの探し物』ジンを発行、記念トークイベントで販売を図る。トークの様子を録画・編集してYoutubeにアップする。
また、甲府市において海外青年受入れで長い歴史を持つ「ユニタス日本語学校」とエアリーが共同で事業を共催することで、相互に活動の幅を広げる事ができる。登壇者が出会い、互いの文化的背景やアート経験をクロストークすることで、世界の現状を知り理解を深める。この閉塞した社会状況の中でできること、将来の表現活動の可能性についてイメージを膨らませる。

第一部 大方への質問 聞き手：鈴木（ユニタス）
Q1 ご自身のことを教えてください。
２０２０年３月 山梨学院大学国際リベラルアーツ科 （iCLA） 卒業。 在学中に一年間オーストラリアへ留学経験あり。卒業後の進路（北海道）への就職がキャンセルになり、エアリーでのインターンとコーディネーターとして活動。
初個展「EXHALE」＠AIRY
Q２ 大学卒業の年に新型コロナウィルスによるパンデミックがありました。キャリアや制作にどのような影響がありましたか？(進路、制作方法の模索、作家活動について）
ギャラリーの閉鎖や人々が集まってのワークショップがむずかしくなった。自分は内面的な感情やネガティブな感情を表現する作家と自覚している。疎外感や暗い部分などことばにできない内なる感情を表現する。海外で美術の研究をしたいという思いを抱いている。
Q3「かいぶつくんの探し物」プロジェクト立ち上げのきっかけを教えてください。
自粛生活が続いた５月に「大きな絵を描きたい」と思った。物語を作りそれに基づいた落書き風ラインワークが立ち上がってきた。自分の制作には特にテーマは設けずに生の感情を描く。
人を集めずに絵が移動しながら人々が落書きを重ねて行くスタイル
Q4 甲府市内１０カ所を廻る参加型にした理由とその面白さ難しさなど
参加者が絵を重ねて行くことで自分の思いと違う方向へいくこともあるがそれを認めて楽しむ姿勢。参加者への主旨の伝え方「好きに描く」ということ。
Q5「かいぶつくん」が象徴するものは何ですか？（ストーリー二部でかいぶつくんが飛翔する）
不安に駆られている正体のわからない不気味な生きもの、人並外れた生きもの 。キャンディーを探しているかいぶつくんがそれを見つけて和み慰められる。一時的にでもネガティブを忘れる。
Q６ プロジェクトを終えて改めて伝えたいこと
型にとらわれず直感的に表現すること、自由な落書きで心を開放する。
Q7 作品完成後の巡回展を決めた経緯 （甲府市役所→スタジオペレット→山梨県民信用金庫本店→ユニタス日本語学校）
参加者や場所を提供してくれた方々への恩返し。
Q8 「らくがきワークショップ」を開催したが落書きへのこだわりは？
自分の制作スタイルでもある。参加者に制限を設けない、排除しない。落書きされて嫌なことあったか？あった。しかしそれも認める。
Q9 活動記録集「かいぶつくんの探し物」発行の経緯は？
紙媒体で記録を残すことの大切さ。大宣堂印刷 宮田龍二氏との出会いにより実現できた事に感謝している。
Q10 今後の展開について
来年は南アルプス市国際交流協会へ巡回予定。展示とワークショップ。

Q1 尹、王さんのご自身について教えてください

Ｑ２ コロナによって海外で学ぶことに影響はありましたか？
尹：毎食の自炊がめんどう。
王：ことばの苦労 (日本語理解）があった。
岳：海外で芸術研究する希望がある。
Ｑ３ 海外で制作するうえで苦労はありますか（ありましたか）？
尹：海外での生活が長くなっているので特にはない。アメリカでも自分のスタイルが変わらなかった。
王： コロナによる影響と同じくことばの問題
岳： オーストラリアで最初はことばの苦労 （英語理解）あり。
Ｑ４ 海外で学ぶことで得られること、気づきなどはどうですか？
尹： 他の文化の考え方を知ることで志向が柔らかくなる。中国ではアニメへの理解がまだ低いように思う。
王：研究対象である日本の文化を間近に触れることができる。
岳： 寛容な土地柄が自分に合っていた。路上の似顔絵かきで投げ銭もらった。 アートと人が近いと感じた。
Ｑ５ 今後の活動について計画や、実現したい展望などありますか？
尹：自分の作品は商業的なスタンス。クライアント（人、会社）がいて成り立つ。純粋芸術とは少し違うかもしれない。立命館大学院映像研究科に進みたい。
王： 日本の伝統的文化（神社、禅、枯山水など）を学びたい。冷静でシンプルな表現は見る人がイメージを広げられる。
岳：中学時代にサルバドール・ダリをみて現代アートに興味を持ったのが始まり。商業的との境界線は曖昧な時代、どんなものでも純粋芸術に成りえると思う。

展示されたものだけが作品ではなく、制作をする以前に人間には生活があり、その日常生活の中にも、クリエイティビティが溢れていると思います。アーティストが生活する中でどんな瞬間にひらめくのか、とても興味があります。私がアーティストインレジデンスに興味を持っているのは、作品が制作されるその過程が面白いと思うからです。そしてそのひらめきが散りばめられている甲府というまちが一体どんな場所なのか、今回の滞在期間だけでは分かりきれないかもしれませんが、少しでも知ることができたらと思います。
The exhibited works are not the only works, and I think that human beings have lives before they make art, and their daily lives are full of creativity. I am very interested in what kind of moment the artist will be inspired by the life. I’m interested in artist-in-residence because I find the process of creating work interesting. And it may not be enough from the length of stay this time what kind of place Kofu is, where the inspiration is studded, but I hope I can get to know even a little.

まず訪ねるのは金沢アートポート｜Kapo
”石川県金沢市野町にあるアートスペースKapo 共同スタジオ 2008年〜2014年10月の期間は兼六園下で活動 野町バス停すぐ ２０２０年１０月閉廊”
アートスペースでありレジデンスも運営するKapoを訪ねたいと思いつつ、実現したのは何と閉廊した直後。。
続いて白鷺美術へ

翌日は金沢２１世紀美術館周辺へ
ミヒャエル・ボレマンス & マーク・マンダース「ダブル・サイレンス」
ボレマンスの彫刻的絵画そして
マンダースの詩的彫刻およびインスタレーション作品ーこれらはひび割れた粘土のように見えるが、実際は鋳造された青銅に着色されているという。
２人の作家がコロナ禍で来日できない中、オンラインのやり取りだけでスタッフがこの展示を作りあげたことに驚きを隠せない。
その後、輪島市与呂見の禅寺龍昌寺へ移動
本堂で朝まだ暗いうちから住職さま＆副住職さまと座禅を組み 雑巾がけと掃き掃除 毎食事の上げ下げ あたりの散策とよろみスケッチ 熱すぎる薪風呂の入り方
すべてが新鮮で非日常で
マスクや距離を必要としない暗に強要もしない 真の信頼感で結ばれた人間関係と空間の禅寺修行滞在でした。

15周年を迎えて 坂本 泉
We are a Landscape / 私たちが風景です
一人ひとりの存在が風景をかたち作る大切な要因であること。
主体的に地域と関わり愛情と誇りを持って日々を送ること。
甲府でAIRYを始めて１５年を迎える。次はどんな出会いがあるのだろう。甲府でAIRYを運営する意味は何だろう。出会いの街の奇跡を追いかけて今がある。
これまでに１６０名のアーティストが36ヶ国から滞在して活動した。ワークショップ、トーク、ライブペイント、ダンス、料理そして最終成果展。季節ごとの山々の変化や街と自然の近さ、程よくすき間のある生活。制作に疲れたら散歩、カフェでまったりして馴染みの人に会う。甲府で160通りの物語が紡がれたことは感慨深い。街にアーティストが定着してきた。
学生インターンの活動が始まった。２０１６年から募集を始めて現在は７代目が活動中。初めは大学教授からの推薦、次第に人づてに紹介、ワークショップ参加を機に。その中には高校生も２人含まれ、若いうちからアートや多様な価値観に触れることができる。大学との連携も進行中だ。
一度滞在したアーティストが戻ってくるという「帰ってきたアーティスト」現象。または甲府出身で一度は外へ出た作家が、実家泊で昼にAIRYで活動する。これはアーティストのインバウンドと言えるのでは。数字では観光に及ばないが持続可能で自律的な人の動き方だろう。
そして滞在のパターンは多様化、最近は試験的に家族や子連れレジデンス受け入れへ。子供の長期休暇に合わせて家族で移動、両親はアート活動を子供達は日本生活体験。近くの学校訪問や校庭で遊ぶなど、周辺での生活の充実が鍵だろう。空き家率の高い山梨ならではのチャンス。
「エアリーサポーターズ名簿」を編成して、ゆるく繋がる仲間たちがAIRYを支えている。同時に「足元にある価値」を大切にする若者が増えてきたのは追い風。あなたはこの街でどんな風景を見たいですか。どんな地図を描きたいですか。それは想像力で結ばれた地図であり、指標または象徴。自分自身が風景であることを自覚して示唆するもの。だからWe are a Landscape / 私たちが風景です。

For the 15th anniversary of AIRY

AIRY will celebrate its 15th anniversary this spring. I think about these truths: to be a part of a community and the ways in which we strive to fill our days with love and pride. To know that we are each indispensable. We are each an important presence to one another, a necessary piece of the landscape of our community.
What will be next? How will the mission of AIRY in Kofu change? Looking back, it has been 15 years of serendipitous, beautiful, and miraculous connections. It took and it takes a village for what AIRY is today.
160 artists from 36 countries have come and stayed at AIRY. They have hosted workshops, artist talks, live-paintings, dances, dinners and final exhibitions. They have lived the slow and steady pace of the city with its close proximity to nature, surrounded by the seasonal beauty of the mountains. When they needed a break from the studio they took walks, relaxed at cafes, familiarized themselves within the community. I feel deeply moved that 160 different stories have been spun in Kofu. All of these stories and these artists have taken root in the town.
From 2016 we also began welcoming student internships. Our seventh intern is working with us now. A local college professor first connected us to our first intern and since then it has been a continuous chain of acquaintances connecting one another. Some have joined through workshops we have hosted. Within them we’ve had as young as high school students who’ve absorbed the diverse worlds artists have brought to AIRY. Collaborations with local universities have been in the works as well.
There have been a unique number of returning artists—those who had stayed at AIRY prior or artists native to Kofu returning to their parents’ homes and utilizing the studio during the day. I think we can call the latter: artists inbound. Unlike the prevalent and quickened wave of tourists bustling in and out of Kofu, these artists steadily come and go in an autonomous fashion.
Artists’ stays are becoming more diversified. We began welcoming artists and their families recently, initially as an experiment. They move from town to town during their children’s long vacations; the parents will focus on their artwork and the children enjoy a taste of living in Japan. In these cases I think it will be important to increase local places where kids can play such as nearby school grounds and playgrounds. There is a lot of potential space in Yamanashi where there are many abandoned houses.
We are consistently supported by our “AIRY Supporters,” an unofficial roster of friends, acquaintances, townspeople, collaborators. What has changed slightly is the encouraging increase in a vibrant younger generation.
It is to them that I want to ask, What would you like to see in this town? What would you like to create here? What kind of map would you like to draw, to realize? Yamanashi, Kofu, and AIRY is a landscape of hopes, visions, and our connections to one another with the truth that you yourself is a part of this landscape. This is why “we are a Landscape”.

藍染の銀座通り商店街にて、アートオークションを開催します。山梨にアートの光を発信しつづけ、今年で活動１５周年を迎えたAIRY。そんな記念すべき年に新型コロナウィルスの影響を受け、滞在作家が０になってしまったAIRYの力になりたい。歩帆舎とアーティストたちが賛同し、この度チャリティーオークションを開催する運びとなりました。AIRY滞在アーティストや、こうふのまちの芸術祭ゆかりのアーティストたちによる絵画、写真、版画、オブジェや、歩帆者が手がけたアートプロジェクト「あいで染めよう甲府銀座通り商店街」で商店街に飾ってある藍染暖簾の一部など多数出品予定です。また、オークションとは別にAIRY15th記念誌「We are a Landscape」やアーティストグッズ、藍染小物の販売もあります。
AIRY ART AUCTION with LOVE
We’re going to have a charity auction on Ginza Street where indigo tapestries are now on display. AIRY is celebrating its 15th anniversary, it has been the beacon of light for Kofu City’s art scene. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, AIRY is having a severe financial situation. There’s no artists coming to AIRY this year. Hohosha and the artists wanted to and decided to support AIRY. The artists who had once stayed at AIRY have donated their artworks such as paintings, photographs, wood prints or objects, and Hohosha is going to help the charity auction. On the 31st, you can enjoy live music as well. Artists’ goods, the 15th anniversary AIRY magazine “We are a Landscape” and Indigo items will also be on sale!

コロナ禍により通常の運営がストップされ予定していた１５周年記念事業は流れ
その中で「 滞在作家作品オークション」と「記念誌発行」が生き残りましたが
事業自体が中止となったために１５周年記念誌発行の経費が足りません
そこでこれまで１５年間に滞在した作家作品コレクションをオークションにかけることでその費用を賄うことにしました。

実はこのオークションは「こうふのまちの芸術祭」2010~2016 仕掛け人五味文子｜歩帆舎の名オークショナーぶりに惚れ込み、昨年より依頼していた案件でもありました。

かつてエアリーの作家たちがよくお世話になった通称シュマン
夏の八ヶ岳南麓に涼しさとアート時間を求めて１０日間滞在。
運営方法が少し変わりましたが、 手の行き届いた快適な空間で思う存分制作に打ち込むことができました。改めて自分の住む界隈を見回して、アーティストの制作と発表スペースがあることを確認することができました。これからも自律的なアーティストの活動を自ら進めてまいります。

今回のソロ・レジデンスをより快適にとサポートしてくれた細川夫妻を始め、額縁作りでお世話になった本杉琉・郁雲、wifi提供してくれたアヤさん、新鮮な野菜を運んでくれた北杜市の友だちに感謝します！
